Refund window
Membership payments are handled through Patreon. Refund eligibility and timing are governed by Patreon and the membership terms shown there. To request help with a refund, contact Consensus support and include your Patreon account email.
Non-refundable situations
Because digital access is provided immediately, refunds are generally not provided for:
  • Change of mind after using the Service
  • Trading losses or performance expectations
  • Incompatibility with your device/network not caused by our platform
How to request a refund

  • Your account email
  • Date of charge (approx.)
  • Reason for request
  • Any screenshots (optional)
Membership provider
Payments are processed by Patreon. Approved refunds and payment timing are handled by Patreon and the relevant payment provider.
